HEAVENLY FATHER
I am a SINNER...
My sin has separated me from you. You are a HOLY GOD and can have no part of sin.
Your WORD said," The wages of sin is death." I am guilty and deserve my punishment of death.
But because you loved me, you provided a way for me to escape this eternal separation from you.
You chose to send your one and only Son to this earth.
His name is JESUS...
He was born of a Virgin named Mary.
He was a sinless, sacrificial Lamb. He came to die on the Cross and take the punishment that I deserved.
At that moment, He paid in full, once for all, the sin debt that was owed by His blood shed that day on Calvary.
He made a way for me to be free and redeemed. I believe that Jesus rose from the grave and now sits at Your right hand in Heaven.
I believe with all of my heart, soul and mind that when
I call on the name of Jesus, I will be saved.

I call on you, Lord Jesus, to forgive me of my sins and become Lord in my life.
I believe that I am forgiven and
SAVED...
I believe that my name,

is written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
I am confessing that Jesus is Lord and in death,
He will confess me unto you. In which, I will gain entrance into your Holy City
to live with you forever.
